Induction cap sealing

IC-5 Induction Cap Sealer

The structure of the machine allows it to be built into conveyor systems, integrated into bottle and container filling lines easily and may be moved elsewhere just as simply.
It is suitable for the sealing of both conventional caps and pour spouts using the same head. It fits into small spaces. 

The performance and construction of the machine enables uninterrupted, continuous and large-scale production with intelligent operation provided by microprocessors and additional peripherals.  These characteristics ensure that the parameters set for sealing are kept even under constantly and considerably changing external conditions. The high frequency power supply and the control unit form a single mechanical unit with the sealing head.

Using the touchscreen display on the control interface all operating parameters can be easily inspected and modified.
The operator is assisted in setting optimal operating parameters by the power meter function. Due to the good electrical-thermic efficiency of the machine it does not require special water cooling even under a high cap sealing load. The machine does not have a water cooling system only requires maintenance in dust-heavy operating environment.

We manufacture conveyors customized to the clients' needs.

Structures under the conveyor do not contain metal parts so the conveyor may be integrated with induction cap sealers such as the IC-21. Conveyors free of metal parts ensure that the structure is not heated during the induction sealing of smaller bottles.

Cap Sealing Technology

Induction cap sealing is a fast, reliable, cost efficient technology suitable for the tamper-proof, air tight sealing of bottles and other containers of most basic raw materials.

The bottle is first sealed and prepared with a suitable cap, than placed under the sealing head of the machine where it is sealed by an alternating magnetic field. The process works as follows:

The alternating magnetic field creates heat in the aluminum layer within the liner of the cap. In turn, the induced heat melts the polymer sealant onto the mouth of the bottle.

By placing the sealing head right above the bottles being carried by the conveyor belt we get an uninterrupted, highly efficient technology and production line.
